Teamwork skills Zombie movie project (Gilly)
BRIEF :
This unit you will work together as one group -This will develop your confidence for independent assessed tasks. You need to comment on the process of working as a team, reflect on your role and your team members and provide any evident of your contribution and include the final product. Your VPA FILM COMPANY has been commissioned to create a short film -It is also important to take time to reflect on your achievements and areas for improvement within the team.
Me and deacon were directing the film choosing shots and filming sam and Karim were cinematographer they had the camera in their hands and were filming it James was acting in the film Layton was location scouting taking photos and looking into places to film Fentse was doing make up and costumes sorting out the actors and applying make up if needed. Dan edited the film in post production and put it all together nice and neat Jamie wrote the script and came up with most of the story Josh sorted out props and made sure they were in place.

We had a sit down and discussed the pitch ideas and decided as a team whos movie we will be making. Wwe voted as a team and choose James's film idea was chosen but we also changed most of his ideas as a team decision

My responsabilties was to make the film run smoothly choose the shots of the film

and communicate and lead the rest of the team i also had to work with the actors telling them how the shot should be performed.

I completed all my task i think i was suitable for directing my responsibilities were to guide actors and help camera crew out with shots and take charge with the and staff which i think i did to my best ability you can see this is in the key dates i carried during production

ABLE TO REVIEW THE TEAM ACTIVITIES
We worked as a team poorly as nothing really went right from day 1 in production as we started with barely a script as our screen writer Jamie wasn't in to give us the script so we had to improvise and some of the team wern't feeling it and not everyone was working then for the final scenes some of the actors did not turn up so we had to film the last scene without them and the film had to be wrapped quickly

on own actions in relation to the overall team activities
I think i did my own job well as the film got finished on its deadline and the shot looked nice even the film did not turnout as well as i wanted it to for the teams activities i think some people done better than others but it was successful for what we had to work with.
